Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during your stay.
Guarantee Policy: In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $20.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date by 3:00 p.m., local hotel's time. Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival date during: Feb 13-16, Jul 3-5, Aug 29-31 and Dec 30-Jan 1. No-Shows and reservations canceled within the 72 hours will be charged one night plus tax. If there is a nightly minimum stay required, all nights will be charged. All rooms must be reserved and occupied by at least one person who is 21 years or older. At time of check-in, all guests are required to leave some form of payment for any extra charges. Acceptable method of payment is Cash, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, Discover or American Express. All cash paying guests will be asked for a picture identification.
***During Special Events periods (months of February, March, April, July 3-5, August 29-31 and December 30-January 1. "4 Rules" may apply; people staying in the hotel must be 21 or older, and have a valid credit card in their name at time of check-in, nightly minimum will apply, and only 2 people per room.
