Deposit Policy: This is a prepaid reservation. The entire cost of your stay, including tax, will be charged upon booking. You are only responsible for incidentals during your stay.
Guarantee Policy: In the event of cancellation, a non-refundable fee of $20.00 (USD) will be applied. This is in addition to any penalties which may applied by the hotel due to their cancellation policy.
Cancel Policy: Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival date and by 3PM local hotel's time. Identification is required upon arrival, under Florida Law, you must be 21 years of age to check-in.
